That special time of year here in New England where you just don’t know what weather you are going to get! A call will be made to the recipient to schedule the delivery. On the day of delivery, the recipient will receive a text or call confirming a two-hour delivery window. If there is no response from the recipient, the delivery may be delayed or re-scheduled.
All orders are hand delivered on the date you request (weather permitting) unless you specifically ask us to call first. Normal delivery hours are between 12-6 p.m., please make note if there is a better time frame for the delivery to be made and every effort will be made to accommodate that, however it is not guaranteed.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver will decide whether it is safe to leave the arrangement. A call will be made to the recipient if the delivery has been left for them. Deliveries will not be left in the cases of severe weather that could affect the quality of your arrangement (extreme heat, cold, wind).

You will have 24 hours to change or cancel an order. Same day orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled. To change or cancel an order please call the number on your confirmation email.
